Technically not a bookmark. More like a scrap of paper. But it is a scrap of paper depicting the wand that chose me at the Barnes & Noble midnight release party I attended for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. So the next best thing.

A fitting marker for my progress through Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, I have no doubt it will serve me well through Cursed Child as well.

Now, whether Cursed Child serves well...that's another question. ;)

Did you attend a release party for Cursed Child?
It was the first midnight release party I'd ever been to -I loved it!

  1. I would TOTALLY use that Ollivander slip of paper as a bookmark too! I'm at Deathly Hallows right now in my reread too and even though I've read it multiple times, I'm STILL NOT READY for the feelings! Oh and I'm scared about Cursed Child too XD I wish there was a midnight release for it here, but I live in a really small community, so there was nothing going on :(

    1. Awww, I'm sorry there was no party for you. =( Next time, maybe you'll just have to host a surrogate party. ^_^
SO. MANY. FEELINGS. I keep rereading the last bits of Deathly Hallows because there is so much to take in. I still tear up at points.
As for Cursed Child, so long as you think of it as 'fanfiction', instead of officially, it's pretty fun. The characters, for the most part, are fantastic!
